06 Chev Avalanche Vibration when Accelerating 200,000km

Just wanted to post this for others that have the same issue.. Problem occurs at 20km-60km, accelerating lightly or hard and seems to stop when cruising. Seems much worse when towing and comes back at higher speeds but again only when accelerating. I recently started feeling a vibration in my Avalanche on my steering wheel that felt like it was coming from the front when I was accelerating. I thought it could be my front axle's or front drive shaft but after crawling under it with a pry bar, found nothing loose, no ripped or broken boots, anywhere including the rear drive shaft and vehicle in neutral, everything felt very tight. I did notice that the rear u-joint had been replaced prior to me owning the vehicle because it had a grease nipple on it and the factory ones do not. Good thing because if it hadn't they are not easily removable, factory ones need to be heated or pressed out and I'm told your better off bring it in to do it. Anyway, I picked up a new u-joint and dropped the rear drive shaft and sure enough u could feel something wrong. The needle bearings on 2 of the u-joint were completely gone, just powder left. Not sure why I couldn't feel it when I was trying to move it around with the pry bar but it was definitely the problem. As a side note, prior to me changing the u-joint I did notice that my rear seal on my transfer case was wet with a drop of oil ready to fall. I changed my rear seal a few months ago and knew it shouldn't be leaking. I'm now told that, that's a good sign that a u-joint could be worn out, it makes the drive shaft (wobble/vibrate) and oil tends to squeak by the seal. I wanted to post this for others, cheap $25 fix here in Winnipeg.
