1997 Ford Taurus Transmission Problem

Ok guys this is what it's doing. For about the first 5 minutes I drive the transmission is find. Then I'll look at the speed-o-meter and it'll be fluxuating back and forth and it seems to be messing with my transmission in a way that I don't think it knows what gear it's in or something. ANy idea what this is, and how to fix it?

could be a transmission sensor......But everybody know that Ford Taurus have transmission problem...............
