What does it mean when this green light on my dash blinks? Its a green light (the letter "D") that shows that the transmission is in DRIVE. After the car is warmed up, the blinking begins and stops when I shift to neutral on another forward speed like 2nd. Won't blink when its cold. CAr has 30,000 miles.
