2010 Chevy Avalanche transmission problem need help! Sign In

Basically here is what happened.. I got into a front end collision and my car was towed to the body shop. When they took it off the flatbed they tried to start it up and all the transmission fluid squirted out because the dip stick broke I guess. The dumbest decided to push the gas pedal hard to move it like 25 ft at 3 MPh. After all repairs were completed to body and dip stick I got the truck back and noticed if I'm coasting at say 40 mph with my foot off of the gas then I go to accelerate it kind of bucks then goes. I've been told the transmission isn't catching up correctly. I thought it was an injection problem so I put a few different injection cleaners but it didn't help. Just for full disclosure I also had to install a new fuel pump due to the arm get testing broken during the accident so I couldn't see correct fuel level. They did not change fuel filter either I don't know if that has anything to do with it? Any help is appreciated. Profesionals only please.

You mean the "Mechanic in a Can" didn't fix it? ........................... How shocking.

truck was OK - after crash truck is not ok - What does your insurance co say?
You test drove after repairs and had issues - what did repair facility do to correct ?
Have you scanned for codes?
Could clear this statement up "new fuel pump due to the arm get testing broken during the accident so I couldn't see correct fuel level."
I am also amazed a whole can of fix it did not work...
