Hello, What you may want to try first is, have someone hit the 4x4 hi button, if you can tap the encoder motor and see if it moves into position. Have you scanned the 4x4 module? Looks like you replaced everything, the last couple i worked on(forgot the years) the encoder motor was the problem. Heres something you may be able to try(ive done this on some transfercases to help in my diagnosis) take off the encoder motor and turn the shaft to see if the transfer case is can go into 4x4. when you push the buttons you may hear noises coming from the encoder motor but it may not be moving far enough. Very important tip, if it comes to it that the encoder motor is the problem, do not purchase a doorman product. the last one i had, the encoder motor was bad, i had my supplier send me a doorman and it didnt work, i called a different supplier, he too sent a doorman and that didnt work(at this point you start thinking maybe im wrong in the diagnosis) went over everything again, but this time i got i think a cardone and it worked. Hello, Its very possible the motor isnt moving far enough. If you have a good scanner like snap-on, see if it gives you the option to scan the transfer case control module or tccm. I always like to check my powers and grounds. Gary
