1992 Chevrolet Suburbon

I have a 2wd 700r4 tranny that I want to put in replace of my burnt out 4wd 700r4. Both the same year. What do I need to do to have the conversion be successful.

New tranny has 110,00 on it
Burnt trany over 273,xxx
