Got 2 questions one is transmisson i think when i shift my truck into drive and press the gas it start to jump and jerk until i reach 30 miles per hour then it runs smooth also while its under 30 the over drive light flashes on and off non stop and if i press the od button it does nothing.

The 2nd question is not transmisson its just weird and very annoying when i put gas in my truck the gas will only go in for 2 secs then the gas nozzle cuts off if i try to pump it fast the gas will spew back at me even with a empty tank it take 30 mins almost to fill it up

The overdrive thing is usually only enabled over about 40-45 MPH but if it is going nuts a vehicle would sure feel funny. Not sure on the fix for that but stay posted.

The fuel thing. The first question is do you always go to the same place? My own cars do that nonsense more at some places and not so bad at others?? There is a vent system that might be able to cause this problem but in decades I've never seen that happen, T

If the OD light is flashing there is a transmission code stored in the PCM. A good scanner will read the code for you. From your description it sounds like the torque converter is locking up too early.

As far as for the fueling, there are vents on the fuel tank that allow air to escape while fueling. One of these are probably plugged.
