You should be able to buy products that state they meet or exceed OE specs for the vehicle, T

They make a synthetic that meets most of those standards but it will cost just as much or more. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ We offer help in answering questions, clarifying things or giving advice but we are not a substitute for an on-site inspection by a professional.

I know they have aftermarket synthetic ATFs out there, but I was wondering if anyone knew the names of the ones that meet the requirement for MERCON LV. I use Versatrans in my shop to cover ATF T-IV, ATF-Z1, DEXIII, etc. but it doesnt work for MERCON LV

Use the product rated for the vehicle. If you want a synthetic as Hammer mentioned still get the right one, T
