For the moment just questions: Does the odometer work and trip odometer work just not a physical needle (if that) no move? If it has cruise control does that work? Does this car run properly otherwise? T

OK - Let's get the words right first. OD = Overdose but I get it you mean "odometer" which counts miles on the car. Trip Odometer is for how far since you reset it. SPEEDOMETER is a needle gauge/pointer or digital to tell you how fast you are going. Condom - you really meant condemn or "blame" didn't you? ****************************** It's fine and I'm going blind reading and make tons of typos myself just let's get it right. I was thinking the needle pointer could just be stuck if vehicle didn't know how fast it was driving from a sender, (VSS) it wouldn't run properly, put up a code - some complaints more than the needle pointer. If a real pointer not in just light LED they can stick. Not sure how to so much as touch it with the finest wire or something short of taking the entire unit out, send it out for repair or what just yet. Some (you aren't the first with this type thing) if you just nudge it, by somehow it works again indefinitely. I don't think you can get at it in this car is where I'm going. Cars with trip odometers some I could use fine ''fishing line" gauge wire thru where you reset if that was a push or pull knob of sorts that just for a feather touch to move it and find out. Otherwise it would have to come out, usually not such an easy job, T
