Re: clutch pedal Sign In

Is it engaged? Will it just lift up by hand?

Probably the clutch master cylinder or hydraulic failure + a smaller spring that I thought most would return pedal up no matter what,

Re: clutch pedal Sign In

thank you for your help, the clutch stack in the floor but I can lift it by hand, I think like you said it's the muster cylinder at least I will start with that.

Re: clutch pedal Sign In

Whatever you mean by "clutch stack" I get the idea but lets call it a clutch pedal.

It's a "master cylinder" that is spring loaded to return to engage clutch IF NOT BEING PUSHED that is part or all of pedal returning to UP position. Alone doesn't mean the end of a problem or the problem at all. If linkage or where pedal mechanicals are all jammed up, broken that would be less likely but possible too,
