rubbing sound while driving...please help

Hello,i have a 2001 buick regal gs lightly modded,i put a new(used tranny in it 5 months ago,it was working very well until 2 days ago,now i hear a rubbing sound almost like a remote control car,it doesnt do this sound in park revving or at idle,it gets louder when i drive and slows down when i do....fluids are good...can anybody please give me some insight on this...its automatic supercharged..thanks nick
