2001 Dodge ram 1500 5.9 automatic 121000 46re trans I replaced the trans from a junkyard, drove and shift great started to miss and was told I mess up the flex plate. I also replaced the timing chain. installed the trans again now it will only do first gear, reverse and park. Unless you stomp on it then will shift. It gave me a Code P0753 so I replaced the governor and transducer. Didn't help and now it doesn't pull any codes. I replaced the output sensor, cam shaft sensor even put in a new computer. Now that I'm broke, playing mechanic any pointers....

Not sure if that trans has a throttle valve cable, if it does, its free to have a look at it and make sure its all hooked up right. ____________________________________________________ Willing to help, willing to learn... Rob

I unlocked it temporarily because he can't post it it if it's locked. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ We offer help in answering questions, clarifying things or giving advice but we are not a substitute for an on-site inspection by a professional.
