02 isuzu diagnostic info

I have an 2002 Isuzu trooper trying to resolve issues. I have a tech 2 scanner but am unable to find the data card that covers an 02. all I can find is the Pcmcia card that covers 2006-2010. if anyone has info as to where a down loadable file for the pcmcia card could be had or where a card could be had would be grate. I see some of the costs related to any connection to the tech 2 is all over the place. with cards ranging from 28.00 to as much as 200.00. and as I see it if I'm going to pend 200 just for a card. I would just as soon put that towards the new Autel scanner as they cover way more manufactures than the tech 2

You own a factory level scan tool and you want to trade for a cheap discount generic code reader?
Are you sure that is a Tech2 that you have.
