I have a 1987 Toyota Camry. The rear driverside door won't open (inside or outside). Leads me to belive that something inside has come disconnected or broke. What i am lookin for is any tricks to popping the door open with out doing too much damage to any part of the car so i can take off the door panel and take a look inside.

The trick is to get the door panel off, so you can get into the door to see what is going on. You might be able to pull the top of the door panel off the belt molding to get it pulled back enough to see in there. If you can't get the latch to release, there is no way to get the door open unless you want to cut into sheet metal. Since we volunteer our time and knowledge, we ask for you to please follow up when a problem is resolved.
