I have a deep impact socket used with an air impact wrench to remove wheel nuts.
May I used the same deep impact socket with a torque wrench to tighten my car (13/16") wheel nuts?
If not, which type of socket should be used with the torque wrench?

Yes, you can. You can use any type of socket on a torque wrench, as long as the socket isn't split or can't handle the torque your going to put on it. A hardened socket is perfectly fine for what your doing.
