Does anyone have any idea what a 57 olds 98 4 door sedan that is in rough shape the car has been sitting in the woods for years,the glass is good most of the chrome is there etc.Thanks Larry

Larry; It is only worth what you are willing to pay for it. A four door isn't worth nearly as much as a 2dr. HT would be, but, when restored...if that's what you are thinking, the potential is great. If you have the money and patience. '57 was a great year for nearly all of the manufacturers, as far as looks, popularity, ect. Seems that '58, all of them went on a "Ugly" compaign? If you mean what it's worth, the general rule is - it's worth what the interested buyer is willing to pay! I don't have any cars from the 50's now, but would like to have one. GM cars are my preference, but Ford made some very collectable cars. Chrysler and the hemi's (had one) not to be overlooked. It all depends on what you have, what you want for it and what someone is willing to pay or if they are looking for your particular car- which there are lots of people looking for this car, they are very popular. Good luck and I hope you get your asking $

Haven't pulled the cork on the Cap't yet, took a pull on the Seagrams Dark Honey though. She had to take it away (again) ! I'll buy you one when I see ya- gladly!
