1989 Chevy Caprice Brougham Sign In

I am not getting fuel to the throttle body. I have checked the fuel pump relay it seems to be fine i can smell the fuel but am getting nothing out of the injectors could it be the ecu? How can i check the ecu to see if a output is fried or not?When i pour gas in the throttle body it starts it has to be fuel related.

Is your check engine light coming on for bulb check when the key is turned on?
If so, use a noid light bulb to check for injector pulse at the injector plug. If no pulse found, check for power on one side with the key on.

....Wow...

You should follow HT's advise on the injector pulse but you also have to make sure the fuel pump is working and check pressure..

"seems fine" & "smell the fuel" has me a little concerned here........

It would be a good idea to get a test light and go down to the fuel pump connector and make sure there is 12v for 2 seconds on the power wire when the key is turned to the on position. At this point you can cheat on the ground and put the ground clip of the test light on the ground wire for the fuel pump.....If it lights up you've just verified power & ground.....It's not the best way to load a circuit but hey, it's a load even if it's a small one........

You are pulling the trigger on the PCM waaaaaay too early.
