It's too late for that engine. It's junk now. You'll be replacing the engine and hopefully change your oil on time next time. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ We offer help in answering questions, clarifying things or giving advice but we are not a substitute for an on-site inspection by a professional.

If you have a lot of patience and time, you may be able to save it. Watch this video (part 1 and 2) to get an idea what needs to be done. This mechanic did a very good job cleaning up a sludge engine. There are no guaranties, but worth your time if it does work out. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KC-SxrsgEwo Since we volunteer our time and knowledge, we ask for you to please follow up when a problem is resolved.

Not recommended to use any type of chemical flush because 100% of the time that stuff will end up down in the pan to clog up the oil pump pick up screen. The only way to clean something like that up is to take the engine apart or attempt to do what that mechanic did in the video. Your choice unless you decide to put another engine in. That guy condensed about 10 hours of skilled labor into 8 minutes. That customer had to be charged over $1,000 and still has an engine that could sieze at any time. Like I said, it's trime for a new motor.
