I am looking at a 98 mustang. When it starts it seems like it is starving for gas but it eventually starts. While running it seems to shake a lot and when you drive it , it seems like it has no power. It also gets hot once it is running. There is a new thermostat in it and someone told me it might have a clogged radiator. Can anyone give me some educated guesses on what might be going on with it. Thank you.

If you overheated it and since have a misfire, then you could have easily blown a head gasket or cracked a head. You need to have it tested by a professional. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ We offer help in answering questions, clarifying things or giving advice but we are not a substitute for an on-site inspection by a professional.
