Harmonic balancer question

Need to install the harmonic balancer on my 1995 dodge neon. Cannot find an installer tool to fit in my area. Guy on youtube got a longer bolt than the original one put a couple washers on it and the used it put the balancer back on. My problem is everywhere I looked nobody has the size bolt I need . Fastenal is closed but will be open on monday. Was wondering if I could slowly tap it on with a hammer and just use the original bolt to tighten it down the rest of the way.

That's why they make installer tools. Using a bolt is not a good idea. It can pull the threads out easily. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ We offer help in answering questions, clarifying things or giving advice but we are not a substitute for an on-site inspection by a professional.

I agree ..NO hammer. However there may be hope . Hit the phone book in the morning. Some parts houses rent tools and you may get lucky. LIFE'S SHORT GO FISH

Gee, I bet we could get a piece from a Geo Tracker that would work fine.
