Most car transportation companies use a dispatching network. I want to be guaranteed a price and I do not want to negotiate when the driver shows up. I want to have personal belongings in the car. Is there a company that can guarantee a price despite having 150 pounds of belongings in the car?

? Good luck. YOU don't want to "negotiate" when it shows up? That would be so dependent on so many things if very long haul how could you?
Price you should know and probably pre-pay it. Can't know all rules passing thru states or other countries what restrictions and papers might be involved.
I suggest send your belongings separately and just insure everything if that concerned.
I can't see how it wouldn't possibly involve some common drop off place that's locked up or be available in person for the exact pickup time when it's known.
A few came to me over MANY, MANY years not my own just a spot to drop off and park it I agreed to be available.
Not my own doing last one came wasn't starting to move driver and I pushed it into a parking space!
All were within the US and were 3,000+ mile moves and were quite costly is all I know,
