Someone bumped into my rear wheel Sign In

Or at least I think they did.

I saw a car trying to park next to mine, and I think he might have hit the corner of his bumper into my rear wheel. He was moving a little faster than he should have been in a parking lot. I saw this from a distance, so I can't be certain. It's a new car and everything, so maybe I'm just being paranoid?

There's no visible damage on the fender or on the hub caps, but I was thinking that if he only hit the rubber, there might not be any visible trace even though it might still have damaged the suspension, axle or even misaligned that wheel.

This is where I think he may have hit: http://i46.tinypic.com/2mn2809.jpg

The guy on the other hand was driving a 2000 Dodge Caravan. Those cars do have sort of a slightly pointy bumper.

So, you don't know if anyone hit it, you have no visible damage but your looking for something.

Come back when you have a real problem.

That's what I'm asking though. How likely is it that he hit the rubber without leaving a mark on the fender or hubcaps?

It wouldn't matter anyway. It's rubber and the rubber isn't damaged or even marked.
