I have a 1984 ford camper with a 7.5L (460). have antifreeze in exhaust. Question? blown head gasket or maybe a cracked block. please help.

A cracked block won't end up in the exhaust. That will land in your oil. If it's been overheated recently, probably blown head gasket or cracked head. If no overheating in history, possible bad intake manifold gasket.

Is it actually coolant or water?.. you title says water and you say anti-freeze. Little water in the exhaust is normal it's just condinsation. Is it puffing alot of white smoke? any coolant consumption? overheating?

It's puffing out white smoke. and it is antifreeze coming out of it. I went ahead and ordered a gasket set for it. thanks for your input.

Make sure you send the heads out to the machine shop to be checked.

That depends on what caused the failure. If there is an overheating issue, then you have to find and repair the root cause of that. The machine shop will advise you on what the head needs.
