My grandfather tought me this and it works everytime.. Things you need.
Truck with cap on (so cops cant see you)
Your faithful dog
.. Now when you get cought doing 110k in 80k pull over swap seats with the dog. buckle the dog in and you with his paws on the stearing wheele.. when the cop walks up the window start yelling at the dog.. "This is last time I let you drive!! Your always speeding this is the second time!!".. usally the cop will bust a gut and let you go ;)
