Can I access the blower motor and wiring without taking the whole instrument panel and dashboard apart?

The blower motor should be under the dash passengers side, The only things you might have to remove are the glove box or a cover panel that will run horizantly from the fire wall back to the dash below the glove box. If you look up under the dash from the passengers floor board area you should be able to see it. It should be accessable without removing the dash.
