Just got back to the house after doing two jump starts, unfreezing a fuel line (up in the mountains) and replacing a starter. (1am start and 530 stop, travel time in the mountain snow sucked TG for 4 wheel drive). To top it off chased the damn dog around the neighborhood after she got out and chased a coon (damn red coonhound), was kind of cool to hear that coon dog howl as she was treeing lol.

Just thought I'd share that while the coffee is brewing and the hands are thawing.

No snow at the house yet but in the mountains it is. How's it in your areas?

I'm mainly posting to ask if there is any good gloves on the market that will keep the old fingers semi-warm but can still do work in (i.e. feel the bolts/nuts and be able to work). The regular thick latex are good for now but will need something better this year then "mechanic's glove" types. I know most of you guys/gals work in a shop but thought you might have or seen something good. Just trying to make it easier this winter. I prepared for severe winter this year (insulated coveralls, headed socks, portable heaters etc...) but forgot all about the handsPirate.

Sorry about rambling, tired cold and have to stay awake for family stuffUnsure

Could try gloves that people use if they work in freezers.
