Year of vehicle Nov, 2012 Make of vehicle (Chevrolet) Model of vehicle (Beat Diesel) Engine size (2.0) Mileage/Kilometers 1750 kms I complained to the service people A/C is not sufficient. Afterwards I observed that my vehicle's radiator fan is continuously rotating while A/C is switched on. Earlier it was rotating with a gap of time while on A/C is on. Which is the Correct state previous/present. If any wrong How can I correct.

Not only is this under warranty, this isn't even sold in the US where we are so we have never seen one like it nor do we have access to service info for it. You need to take this up with your dealership. With AC on, the fans should usually stay on to pull cooler air across the condenser and keep pressure down in the system. The engagement of the fans is controlled by the PCM, and there is no adjustment.

Looked up what this vehicle should look like for a guess as Nick said it's not sold here and specifics will be difficult plus it's fairly new. My guess is "Chevy" is the nameplate and the vehicle is mostly Asian something. Some indication should be on a sticker of door jam usually. How much GM engineering is in the A/C is unknown. You stated the A/C was unacceptable and need to take actual air temperatures entering grille and the actual air temperature coming out of a center vent inside. As Nick said it is under warranty so don't mess with anything just take some observations for now. Electric fans are increasingly only on when needed which will vary by the temperatures it is in and if it sat in the sun the entire vehicle could be much warmer than ambient air temp so can normally take longer and moving along gives better airflow and at least the vehicle at large gets cooled at large by ambient air not just the A/C. Many will turn on fans based on high side pressure of the system which also indicates the temp. If the day is cooler or less sun fan could or likely should shut off if not necessary. Still you need to validate your complaint with actual temps and if your dealer doesn't catch it being wrong or out of normal would have trouble to fix anything if anything is really wrong. Most systems can lower temps of the air it is cooling by about 40 degrees Fahrenheit or more and will recirculate already cooled air from inside upon maximum request. Can take some time but shouldn't really have output vent temperatures lower than say 40F. Not all vehicles are created equal either. Some just are not great at higher temps with everything perfect as designed. Take the actual observations to see actual performance noting conditions while observed, T

You should be starting this with a diagnostic to the AC which will include getting high and low pressure readings and analyzing them. The fan cycling could be the result of low pressure readings or the lack of fan could be causing AC problems. Either way it has to start with an AC diagnostic by someone that knows how to interpret pressure readings. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ We offer help in answering questions, clarifying things or giving advice but we are not a substitute for an on-site inspection by a professional.

HT - it has 1,100 +/- miles on it from new! Touching it short of a warranty would likely mess the whole show up IF there's anything really wrong other than a dealer. Can't say what the setting + situation where it's located with what rules of the game, T

I just said it needed to be looked at by a professional. I didn't say which one. Of course it should go back to the dealer if under warranty.
