I am currently upgrading/updating my computers and software due to a recent crash and want update stuff. I currently use quickbooks for record keeping and a "home made" program for repair orders/invoices.
Any good recommendations. I've received a few demos in the mail but want to hear from actual Techs who utilize these. I used Mitchell for awhile while I hade their Mitchell Ondemand. I'll probably go with Garage Operator (local software dealer, well about an hour and half away).
Main areas I am concerned with are R/O's, invoices, Tech Work sheets. I am a Mobile business so my requirments are a little different than a full blown shop.
I keep track of pay, vehicles (that we utilize), taxes, expenses etc... on quickbooks but if there is a program that will cover all of that too that would be even better.
