can some one please tell me if my bravada is at all capable offroad. i know it wasnt built for true offroading but would it do just as good as its twins the gmc jimmy or the chevy blazer. it has a 35/65 power split but when the rears spin it can go up to 50/50. i would also like to know if i can perhaps make a brush gaurd for it seeing as how you cant buy one for this year. if you do put a brush gaurd on will it hurt your frame if it hits something.

thank you for your help

Re: bravada Sign In

Yes this truck will work off road.. In fact it was designed to handle on and off road. Here in Texas the types of trucks are commonly used off road. As far as the brush gaurd, if you are capable of making one of these yourself then it will work fine. If you hit something the gaurd will bend way before the frame receives any damage. By the way how did the bumper replacement work out?

Re: bravada Sign In

actually i found a bravada bumper for pretty cheap along with a grille but it is red on a black car and im to broke to get it painted. i asked a auto body repair guy to look for one and he said you would have to get the lights as well to put a blazer bumper on. thanks for all the help
