hi.. its gonna be my first winter here in the US and i would just like to know what kind of extension cord would i need for my plug-ins. ive been seeing a lot of extension cords in stores and im confused about them, how many amps should they have, what brands are cheap yet effective, stuff like that.. thanks...

That would totally depend on what you are doing and how far you have to go with an extention cord.

As with car wiring and home the better the gauge the stronger. Don't cheap on on an extention cord you use a lot. Quality counts with this, T
