My 00 Chevy s10 has a problem with the right rear turning signal/brake light. I have change the bulbs and checked the wires but that did not fix the problem. The turn signal to the left does not blinks and the brake light does not work on that particular side. All the Fuses work and when the lights are turned on at night the taillights light up but the turn and brake signal do not work on the rear passenager side. Any help would be appreciated.

Sounds silly but make sure it's the correct bulb. Two other things are to make sure the socket has ground (put power to test light to check grounds) and if this has a trailer hitch and wired for that, that is where lots of troubles can happen. Some are pre wired ready for a special plug and they get altered sometimes (you or prior owner?) for a specific trailer which is fine but the connections most folks will do are a trouble spot, T
