keys locked in the boot

hi there im wondering if you guys can help me i have a bit of a problem that i need to try and sort ive got a hyundi accent 3dr 1.3 w reg planned on goin out early thismorning and my old man locked the kets in the boot of the car we cant find the spare and need to be in it any help i would be really greatful

IMO if forced it will break expensive stuff to fix.
Ideas: If back seat can be folded or removed see it you can get in there. If on a chain that a magnet or remote gripper claw or wire could get to that could work without damage.
Good locksmiths can pic the lock if all else fails,
