It just turns over but won't start. If I pull it with another ATV it starts right away and runs rough until it warms up. I removed the carb and everything seems to be clean. Any suggestions????????? Sounds like a flooding condition, to me. If they are, hold the throttle wide open when trying to start to see if it helps. The plug is not wet but I will pull the carb again and check the float. Could it be the needle valve setting??? or not enough spark? It starts right away when pushed or pulled!!!
