hello i have a problem with my bike that i cant figure out whats wrong. first off i hardly ever ride it on the street mostly track but it sits in garage most of the time hooked up to a Yuasa smart shot 900 charger and maintainer today i tried turning it on and it went completely died the nuetral light faded off, their was no sound just went dark when i first turn the key lights came on like normal rpm needle went over then back then when i hit the start button went died. i checked the battery it had a full charge the battery was replaced 3years ago when stater was replaced i don't know what it could be? I also check the fuses bike has plenty of gas tried turning it over in gear with kick stand up still nothing? please help thanx

Put a multimeter on the battery and watch the voltage when you try to crank it. Your battery could be able to charge up the the proper voltage but be unable to deliver the proper amperage required to start. Also make sure you have a really good ground directly on your engine block to the battery. I've seen Yamaha especially get picky about ground location and a simple piece of wire sort it out.

Free way to test is to use a jumper cable from a clean part of the engine to the battery negative. If the issue is gone you have confirmed the issue and its a low buck repair from there.
