A friend called to tell me he had coolant leaking from two hoses (his description sounded like heater hoses) behind his rear axel on the passenger side of the truck. He said he saw green liquid running down his driveway from the rear. I had him refill the radiator and the leaks started running again. Are those rear seat heater hoses, and is there a cut-off for them?

You can either section in a piece of heater hose or just join them together to bypass the rear heater. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ We offer help in answering questions, clarifying things or giving advice but we are not a substitute for an on-site inspection by a professional.
