2000 Silverdo - Rearend hop at 44mph

I have noticed a hop in the rearend around 44mph. I thought this was from the worn tires I had on the truck along with the worn rotors. When I looked at the worn tires I noticed that the top and bottom of the tires were worn. Not having even wear all around the tire, like it was oblong or out of balance. I replaced the rotors and shoes (Disc Brakes) on the rear and replace all 4 tires thinking that this would take care of the problem. Well, I'm still getting the reaerend hop at 44mph. I'm starting to think that it's a bearing somewhere in the reaerend axle. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Would you define what you mean by "hop"? Are we talking about a vibration, a noise, is the truck actually moving up and down?

I'd hoist drive wheels and spin them for trueness. Possible bent axle or maybe a real tight U-joint.
Would think a bad bearing would be making noise like crazy if only a bearing,

The truck actually moves up and down. Accelerating and braking @ 44mph the hop starts. I can feel that the truck is not rolling correctly when over 45mph.

It's a little unusual for something like that to only show up at higher speeds. You can usually feel that type of stuff at real low speeds. You should be able to get the rear wheels off the ground and run it in gear and be able to see the movement.
