I have a 1992 dodge d-150 8 cylinder that I need to install both new door locks. The current locks work but we dont have the key so I am going to just replace the locks. I have no clue how to do it and was wondering how hard it will be. I am looking at buying these...... link deleted..... not alllowed.....Now is there any other special tool that I may need to buy to do this and is it hard to do? Also are they the only parts that I need or do I need anything else. I was also thinkign about buying a Haynes Maintenance manual to help me out.

For doors only no special tools just take panels off. Ask as they may be available aftermarket now. Again, common mechanic's tools and just get the control rods back on right. If they break you may need dealer clips, T
