'93 dodge dakota v6 fuel sensor

'93 dodge dakota v6 fuel sensor Sign In

i have a '93 dodge dakota sitting in my front yard that stopped pumping fuel. we thought it was the fuel pump, till my uncle takes the fuel pump and bypasses all the sensors and now it pumps fuel but it will not fire up, can anybody help me out, it is my first vehicle if i want it i have to fix it and i have no clue what is wrong.

Just because you could make it pump isn't conclusive that it's enough for the fuel injectors. Is pressure up, do injectors open or will this react to being primed?

Does it even have spark? More to check or you are wasting time,

You don't "bypass sensors". You have to follow a wiring diagram to find out where the issue is. If you don't understand electrical circuits, then you need to bring it to a shop for repair.

Connect everything back up like it was. Then turn the ignition on-off-on-off-on. Don't turn the ignition off. The check engine light will flash any trouble codes that are stored. This will also tell us if the ECM is alive. They will be two digit codes.

I think that info is going to be useless unless everything is cleared and then start all over.
