Is there a Carburator man anywhere??

I posted the help help PLEASE HELP ME! message... just thought I'd post another just because I'm so desperately looking. HA! I tried to find a change out plate online, however I am not sure that what I am looking at is what I want.. the parts do not give spec's.. someone if anyone knows anything I would appreciate the
help.... Gas is killing me!

I'm a true believer that if there was magic to make your car get better fuel econonomy that the maker would have done so as a selling point. The way you drive and tire pressure are probably # 1+2 for the best you can do. T
