Multi Function switch help. Sign In

Hello all,

I have replaced my multi function switch on my 96 Gmc Seirra and the connector your plug it into which i have no idea what it is called and can't find it anywhere has teeth broken on it. Would like tips or advice on how to fix it please or even the name of the part would be amazing.

I think you're referring to the wiring pigtail for the switch and a dealer or a junkyard are going to be your only options.

So do i just cut out the old one mark the wires and re wire it?

Yes, the new one will have about 10 inches of wire and you splice the new one in.

That's assuming they actually service that one.
