No Light in dash board or air condtioning controls

2002 Dodge Ram V8. I have half the lights working on the instrument panel and no light on the climate control cluster. I have changed out the lights on both and changed fuses. They still not working. And my reverse lights dont come on when in reverse and bulbs and fuse are good. Please Advise.
