Power stearing pump removal ? Astro/Safari Sign In

Good Day

Year of vehicle 2001
Make of vehicle GM Astro/Safari
Model of vehicle Vortex 4.3
Mileage/Kilometers 285k km

How the heck do you get at the power stearing/brake hydraulic pump to change it ?
Leak appears to be at the tubing where the reservoir (gravity only) fill line attaches to
top of pump (rust). But cannot be sure as it is very hard to even see this pump.
Did a lot of work around hard to get at places on many vehicles and have a good
selection of hand tool and a mirror. See some of it from above and some from LHS
wheel opening. Started after van first sat for only two weeks while I awaited delivery
of a new fuel pump.
Any assistance with the technique to remove a replace this would be appreciated.

Thank You
Ken

The pulley is pressed on and it has to be removed in the vehicle before you can access the bolts behind it. You will need to puller tool to accomplish this.
