HI all, I have a '99 Chevy Silverado Ext. Cab Sportside Pick-up with the 5.3 V-8 106,00 miles. The truck has been tuned up recently. It will stall when coming to a stop and or slowing to make a turn. It happens more often when stopping or slowing to turn quickly. I begins by running roughly and if I notice it and rev the engine it won't stall and return to running smoothly otherwise it stalls out, not always but once is to often. It is annoying and I lose power steering and power brake function. Have gotten a random misfire warning since the tune up. Thanks, Jeff

I would start out checking the fuel pressure while driving. This is a high pressure system and it's very sensitive to pressure. It needs to maintain over 55PSI at all times. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ We offer help in answering questions, clarifying things or giving advice but we are not a substitute for an on-site inspection by a professional.
