Driving down the highway check gauges light came on and truck lost power and quit coolant was overflowing from my reservior towed home engine runs but something sounds rough in engine Any Ideas Please and thanks

Sounds like it overheated and you weren't paying attention to the gauge. You may have done serious damage to the engine but you have to first find the leak that caused it to overheat in the first place and see how it runs after that.
