Is it better or worse with acceleration, cornering - just a certain speed and how did you check U-joints? When a U-joint first fails it doesn't necessarily show looseness - you have to remove the shaft(s) to really know but usually better or worse with acceleration or deceleration at first, T

We're going to need to know at what speeds & conditions the vibration is happening at to even venture a guess...........

See if this pic shows........ It's not enough to just check for visual looseness. In pic above you can see where needle bearings have indented the X of the joint. Under load it tries to cross those lumps and can vibrate. If off vehicle the joints should freely/smoothly just drop in both directions which is impossible to do in place. Again - when one binds up it will usually be better or worse with loads and then it's suspect. You might visually see some rust staining which is also a clue. Many are tight before they show play which means it's really gone. Index shaft to attaching area when removing a shaft so you can replace it in same position. You have the symptoms and I don't know of anything other way to verify the real condition without removing to check, T

your driveshaft could have an imbalance. They shaft is balanced at the factory by welding on weights as needed. Look to see if there is a spot where on used to be and has been broken off. If so, contact a driveshaft company and get it rebalanced
