The truck won't start. It's got fire and gas, but the fuel pump cycles when you turn the key on and when you turn the key off. It has 55 pounds of pressure but drops when you turn the key off immediately.

55 psi sounds LOW - will need to check the specs. The pressure drop is also problematic.... out of a abundance of caution check eng oil for evidence of fuel.
Might be able to check spark plugs for a problem ie plug BLACK or WET to pinpoint fuel dropping BUT you will need to check spider assy for leaking and that will require upper manifold removal.

Check the plugs on the driver's side. That is where the fuel will go if it is leaking.
