engine missing out

I put on new plug wires ,rotor, and cap and it still missed out. Replaced the ignition coil and my problem was solved for about 6 months. Replaced the ignition coil again and truck ran good for about one month. Does anyone know why coil keeps going bad?
1997 gmc sierra 4x4 5.7L with about 200,200 miles

larado; What misfire codes/history are you getting? Injector?
