2012 Nissan Sentra, passenger seat vibrates when stopped/braking at redlight

Year of vehicle: 2012 Make of vehicle: Nissan sentra Model: Sentra 2.0 4DR Engine Size: 2.0 Mileage/Kilometers: 148507.715 Miles /239,000KM So recently (2 weeks ago) I've changed my two front tires to winter tires and kept my all seasons in the rear. Only happened today whilst stopped at a red light, the passenger seat starts to vibrate pretty noticeably and goes away when the car is in motion(driving). It happened every time I stopped at a red light or at a parking lot, after about 2-5 seconds the passenger seat again starts to vibrate and the rpm meter sort of flinches ever so slightly but stays below 1. I've changed my spark plugs last August(2023) and I've changed both control arms and the intake valve which was damaged. I've read elsewhere the serpentine belt or brakes could be a problem and those are parts I've never changed before(brakes changed 6-7 years back). Is it possible also that my spark plugs have become dirty? The spark plugs I've put into the car in August(2023) were iridium and were 2nd best next to some top model. Appreciate any help

You can't blame brakes if the car is sitting still. Also, spark plug do not get dirty in today's computer controlled vehicles. It seems a little odd that it would be only the passenger seat. You should feel a vibration throughout the car. There are a few things that will cause a vibration while stopped. The most common cause is bad motor mounts but if the exhaust system is contacting any part of the body, even just a little, that will transmit vibration through the whole car. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ We offer help in answering questions, clarifying things or giving advice but we are not a substitute for an on-site inspection by a professional.

You're right when the car vibrates I feel it not only on the passenger seat but that entire right side of the vehicle so you can say it's throughout the car Also my muffler has some excess noise issue When I first turn my car on in the first 10-20 seconds it makes a lot of noise before going to normal

You need to get it to a shop to be inspected and diagnosed.
