hi everyone it's a 2004 Nisan altima the code is p01273 air fuel ration sensor, is this referring to the O2 senor or something else need your advice.

Tes, come on now. You can do better than that. Which engine? Do you repair cars on the side or for a living? P1273 is for the Bank 1 A/F sensor showing on the lean side for a specified amount of time. It is a type of O2 sensor called a wide band sensor. It doesn't work like a narrow band O2 sensor, but looks just like any old O2 sensor with the exception of having 7 wires. You definitely need a high end scan tool to look at the A/F voltage. Since we volunteer our time and knowledge, we ask for you to please follow up when a problem is resolved.
