It's yours now. 6,000 miles isn't the prior owner's fault. You listed about everything a head gasket job could do. Odor is just all around you would smell it inside from outside with it so hot it's barfing out overflow. It's fine just hope engine, heads and parts can take being machined if a nice car still go for it but do it right oil in coolant harmed more than meets the eye, T

This engine has an oil cooler under the intake manifold and they are notoriously problematic.
